NCC's mid-autumn service

was up at 7am. at singapore indoor stadium at 9am. all the student servers in red tops. seeing red everywhere. lolz.

they let us in at bout 10am. NUS engin and science cell groups' station is the north entrance with the poly cell group. and we had the most number of mooncakes to pack. 3500 tins of mooncakes. and we had to pack them and arrange within an hour. seemed impossible but we managed to do it. felt so robotic. i was opening paper bags, passing it to a fren who puts the mooncake tins into the bag n passes it back to me.

after that, a few of us were baptised in the spirit and we then prayed in tongues over the whole stadium. then we used anointing oil to anointed EVERY single seat in the stadium. fuh. so amazing. lunch was yummy! had fried chicken (deboned d samo), veg and sweet and sour fish.

around 2pm, service started. and since it was targeted at mostly the ah ma ah gong, got all those weird performances. hokkien songs with those 30-ish ladies n uncle decked with an unwholesome amount of sequins and feathers and fluffy skirts that only the old generation can appreciate. then pastor mark preached in hokkien while another lady translated on the spot to mandarin. haha. amazing man. pastor mark is so hilarious and powerful. so heartwarming to see so many ah ma ah gong receiving Christ during altar call.

then it was time to distribute the mooncakes. thank God they weren't like a tsunami trying to drown us. ahah. there were leftover mooncakes so we all got to take one mooncake tin back. wheee. wonderful day but so exhausted. got back around....6pm? feet killing me. practically standing the whole time. X_X

hehe today's message was awesome!! pastor prince shared some jokes bout pastor mark.

during their israel trip (damnit i REALLY want to go but need special visa i think. *growls*), the unsmiling customs' officer asked pastor mark how to pronounce his surname (which is Ng). after a few attempts in which they only succeeded in butchering the name, pastor mark said "u noe every morning u go toilet then u go ngggggggggggggg". XD even those unsmiling faces broke out in laughter.

pastor then quoted luke 23:43 which says 'today, u will be with me in PARADISE'. and he purposely go ask pastor mark to repeat it. pastor mark said this 'today, u will be with me in PARALYSE'. ROTFL! classic man.

they showed us a snippet of vid from pastor's preaching in 2000. and so amazing man! pastor was preaching and suddenly the chimes played on their own. O_O seriously! no one was near the drum set and it wasn't some random sound. it was as if someone played it from right to left then back again. awesome!!!
